Laserdentium’s milling line consits of two machines. One five  axis milling unit OpenMill5 and one 4 axis milling unit  OpenMill4.   OpenMill4 is the ideal starting unit for beginners in the  CAD/CAM area. It is runnig dry and wet for processing most of  the dental material. OpenMill4 has the same form factor as  the OpenMill5 - only the 5  axis is missing and the motor  spindle has a little less power. So it is possible to upgrade the  machine to OpenMill5 in the field without problems in a very  short time. OpenMill5 is the price/performance optimized 5 axis  simultaneous working milling machine. It is running dry and  wet and is optimized for the complete dental material range.  Compared to the parent model the mill decrease processing  time by 50%. With the exchangable precission material holder  it is optimized for the FMC production as well.
